We want you to love your new floors. If you aren't satisfied, you can return unopened boxes within 30 days of delivery. Please note that a 15% restocking fee applies to all flooring returns.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your account and submit a return request or contact our support team with your order number.

• 2.
  Pack Materials

  Ensure all boxes are unopened and secured on the original pallet or equivalent sturdy packaging.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup

  Once approved, we will coordinate a freight carrier to pick up the return from your curbside.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
